Sparkling Matcha Tea

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 packet Shaklee Matcha Energizing Tea

1 can of unflavored sparkling water

Juice of ½ a lemon

Optional garnish: a lemon slice, a sprig of fresh mint

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except garnish and stir well until fully combined. Add ice and garnish of choice.

 

Sparkling Peach Tea

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 packet Shaklee Summer Peach Energizing Tea

1 can Peach-Pear sparkling water

Optional garnish: a sprig of mint, muddled basil leaves, a sprig of thyme, a sprig of rosemary, muddled peaches

Directions:

Mix energizing tea and sparkling water until well combined. Add ice and garnish of choice.

 

Sparkling Elderberry Tea

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 packet Shaklee Elderberry Energizing Tea

1 can berry flavored sparkling water

Muddled blackberries, raspberries

Directions:

Muddle berries. In your cup, mix Elderberry Energizing Tea with 1 cup of berry-flavored sparkling water until well combined. Add muddled berries into the liquid and stir well. Add ice and garnish of choice.

 

Sparkling Pomegranate Tea

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 packet Shaklee Pomegranate Energizing Tea

1 can Razz-Cranberry sparkling water

Optional garnishes: slices of fresh ginger, a rosemary sprig, citrus slices, a mint sprig

Directions:

Mix energizing tea with sparkling water until well combined. Add ice and garnish of choice.

 

If you like your tea a little sweeter, you can add a small teaspoon of raw honey or make your own simple syrup (recipe below).

Homemade Simple Syrup

Yields 1.5 cups simple syrup

Ingredients:

1 cup of filtered water

1 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, or honey

Directions:

  1. Add water and sugar to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook, swirling the pan occasionally, until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
