I just want to share my Freeletics workout transformation.
Bodyweight workout training is new to me.
I have been introduced by my friend few months ago.
Maybe I am out of date because I always think that if I want to have ‘beach body’ and six pack, I must go to gym.
Yeah, that was before I found videos on internet about the bodyweight workout transformation.
Our weight loss is totally from home module and we monitored you online daily for a 100 days.
*Note : Now it is 60 days only since we have found the new secret formula. =)
Then we just got a lot of request to organize a program that will help others to gain weight, get a firm body and build muscle from home.
Since I wanted to live a fit healthy life, I challenge myself to prove that I can have a beach body with bodyweight workout.
Plus, I’m not going to gym either so I give it a shot.
With 4 days training a week and about 10 minute to 60 minutes per session, here I am.
Some training are indoors and some are outdoor.
If the training that day needed more space, then I will do it at the nearest playground.
Luckily it’s just about 5 minutes walking. lol 😀
I am now very grateful that I did believe in myself and do it seriously.
